Stated value pays up to a fixed amount you declare at bind. ACV pays the depreciated market value at time of loss. Most fleets prefer stated value to avoid disputes.

No. Downtime / loss-of-use is an endorsement that pays a daily amount while the unit is in repair. Most operators add it because the lost revenue dwarfs the deductible.

No. Physical damage covers the vehicle only. Cargo on the truck needs a Motor Truck Cargo policy.
